2. Non-Direct-access Enterprises: Fill out the Application Form for Declaration Modification, affix the official seal or special inspection declaration seal, obtain the signature of the inspection department, and submit the form along with relevant materials to the agency inspection declaration window in the agency hall. (A handling fee applies for certificate modifications.)

When completing the electronic inspection declaration form, all other details remain the same, but the "Product Name" for the declaration must be "wooden cases." Additionally, select supporting documents such as the contract, invoice, packing list, and wooden packaging fumigation certificate in the "Attached Documents" section. After verifying the documents, the commodity inspection authority will issue a customs clearance form, allowing the importer to proceed with customs declaration.

1. Complete the Application Form for Urgent Handling of Emergency Matters and affix the official seal;

2. Submit the form to the inspection department for signature; upon review, inspection staff typically approve it promptly;

3. Submit the form to the quarantine office for signature, along with document review and stamping;

4. After all procedures are completed, pay the fee at the payment window and collect the certificate from the designated window.
