The goods are absolutely safe. Even if imported in our company's name, the actual consignee is still the client, and our company has signed an import agency agreement with the client.
-
During the process of handling an order, there will always be some unsatisfactory aspects! 100% satisfaction is almost impossible, but no matter what, even if troubles are encountered, our company will handle the problematic order in the first place, and we have a timely handling team. In general, it will definitely pass in the end!
1. Explanation on imported coffee labels:
-
A. Imported coffee labels are divided into outer labels and inner labels. Some coffees require both outer and inner labels (e.g., cakes).
-
B. Coffee labels and label recordal (labeling and recordal are required for some products such as red wine; some bulk coffees require labeling but not recordal)
-
C. Design and production of imported coffee labels can be done abroad (those made abroad usually hardly pass Chinese commodity inspection, requiring rework later, which wastes money and domestic customs clearance time. It is strongly recommended that clients have them made domestically). Our company has its own label design and production team, ensuring one-time approval without delaying customs clearance time!
